A Message To Our Guests

Arnaud’s, as always, is committed to ensuring that each of our guests has a safe, memorable and enjoyable dining experience.  We promise to prioritize the health and safety of our guests and team members through the following ways:

SCREENING

  • All team members are screened before entering the premises
  • Team members with a temperature greater than 100.4 degrees are sent home
  • Team members are required to wear masks when entering the property, during pre-service and throughout service
  • Returning to work for all team members is contingent on current CDC guidelines
  • Guests are required to wear a mask when entering, moving about the buildings, and exiting (we will provide guests masks if they do not have one).
  • We kindly ask any guests that are displaying any Covid-19 symptoms to please stay home

SANITATION

  • Hand Sanitizer is stationed in public areas and throughout the restaurant
  • Strict hand washing protocols for all staff
  • High contact surfaces will be disinfected every hour
  • All menus provided to guests will be single use and disposed of after use.  An option to view the menu from your phone is also available
  • All guests are offered a hygienic package for mask storage upon request
  • Sugar and Salt and Pepper will be presented by request only

SOCIAL DISTANCING

  • Tables and seating are arranged to comply with City regulated guidelines
  • We kindly ask guests to practice social distancing when entering and moving about the restaurant
  • Floors are marked in the foyer to denote six foot distancing
  • Team members will practice physical distancing as much as possible
