Three-Course Dinner to feature Bottle Signing by Master Distiller, February 26
(NEW ORLEANS, La.) – February 6, 2015 – Arnaud’s Restaurant celebrates America’s “Native Spirit” by introducing its own special batch of Four Roses Bourbon.
On Thursday, February 26, Arnaud’s will host a special three-course dinner event in the restaurant’s Bourbon Suites, overlooking Bourbon Street, of course! A master distiller from Four Roses will sign bottles of Arnaud’s private label for guests to take home as part of the cost of the dinner.

The Four Roses Dinner menu will feature dishes made using some of the elements that make up whiskey – such as rye, corn and barley – and include:
Cornmeal Crusted Crawfish Cake
Warm Mirliton Slaw and Creole Mustard Vinaigrette

and
Slow Roasted Veal Sirloin
Port Wine Reduction, Mushroom and Barley Risotto
