Arnaud’s Offers Month Long Special in Celebration of 95th Anniversary
Special Includes Trio of Arnaud’s Signature Items for Just $19.18
(New Orleans, LA) – June 21, 2013 – This July, Arnaud’s Restaurant invites guests to raise their glasses (filled with a French 75, of course!) in toast to 95 years of service. All month long, Arnaud’s will offer a trio of its signature items, including Soufflé Potatoes, Shrimp Remoulade and a French 75 cocktail all for just $19.18, a nod to the year of its French Quarter debut.
In 1918, Arnaud Cazenave, a colorful, French wine salesman, founded the grand New Orleans restaurant bearing his name with a commitment to serving quality Creole cuisine.
60 years later, Arnaud’s was acquired by Archie and Jane Casbarian, the second family of proprietors the restaurant has ever known. Today, the restaurant is run by a fourth generation of owners, Katy and Archie Casbarian, along with their mother Jane.
“Our family remains committed to the traditions originated by Arnaud. We are proud to carry on his legacy today and look forward to serving patrons for many years to come, just as Arnaud and our father intended,” said Archie Casbarian, co-owner of Arnaud’s.
The $19.18 special is available for dining in the restaurant only, Monday through Saturday. Arnaud’s Restaurant is located at 813 Bienville Street.
