Cocktail of the Week: Fall 75

In the spirit of Fall, Chris Hannah created a delicious French 75 with a fall twist. Cheers!

• 1 1/2 oz Cognac VS
• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
• 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
• 1 heaping barspoon of Pumpkin Butter
• 3 oz Champagne

Clove Studded Lemon Peel to garnish.
